Fun, Rewarding & Affordable Dance Lessons
If you are looking for competitively priced dance lessons in Lake Macquarie, we have you covered. We strongly believe that dance is much more than simply a fun hobby or a way to keep fit. Dance students can tap into a reservoir of creativity they never knew they possessed, discover new movement possibilities, and strengthen the mind-body connection. As such, we want to make our lessons available to as many students as possible.

Fee Information
Registration Fees
- A registration fee of $30 must be paid at the time of enrolment for all classes at Studi-O Dance School
- An additional registration fee of $25 must be paid at the time of enrolment for a troupe class at Studi-O Dance School
- Fees must be paid by the term in week 1 or 2. Fees paid in week 3 or later will incur a late fee of $25. If you would like to arrange another payment plan, please talk to Miss Olivia
Troupe Classes
To join a troupe class, you must first speak to Miss Olivia regarding both your child’s progress and the commitment required. There is a list of specific requirements that must be adhered to when joining a troupe class. This is because these classes involve outside commitments. Troupe classes are best suited to students who don’t have particularly busy schedules.
- Troupe classes incur a $25 annual registration fee (payable at registration) for competition entry
Private Lessons
If your child is interested in private lessons for solos, duos or trios, please suggest the times they are available to do this. Please note, these times will need to fit within the established
timetable.
Other Important Information
- All missed lessons, including concert rehearsals, must be paid for. This includes sick days, mid-term holidays, as well as lessons missed for any other reasons

Payment Options
- Cash: Please place the correct amount in an envelope clearly marked with your child’s name and amount inside. Lesson fees that are not in an envelope will not be accepted.
- EFTPOS: Available at Gateshead studio only.
- Direct Debit: You can deposit your fees into the Studi-O Dance School account.
Studi-O Dance School is a registered provider for Active Kids and Creative Kids vouchers. If you are using these for the payment of fees, they must be printed and handed in (with DOB noted) within the first 2 weeks of the term that is being paid for.
